Do I need any equipment to call?

No. All you need is a phone.

Which countries can I call from and to?

You can call from 16 countries of European Union using our tollfree access numbers and from anywhere to anywhere in the world using our callback service.

Will my local operator charge me for using your services?

No, our access number is free of charge 800xxx xxx.

Will my local operator charge me for your callback service?

When you dial our access number it sounds busy (this means, the call is not completed and you will not be charged). When you travel and call using your cell phone abroad, your operator will charge you the cost of receiving call abroad (this cost is much cheaper then the cost of giving call abroad).

How long does it take to open an account?

Your account is activated immediately upon receiving the payment. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.

Why I get a message telling me that the number of my correspondent is not valid?

Be sure to dial your correspondent number carefully using the international standard (00 + country code + city code + number).

Why was I not called back after dialling your callback access number?

Please verify that you use a touchtone phone – when you press a button of your phone you should hear a beep.

Please verify if you credited your account.

How can I control my account?

Before making a call, you get an information how many minutes you have and how much is your account’s balance.

Is your credit cards payment system secure?

Yes, we use Paypal secure payment system.

Do you offer tollfree numbers forwarding for the business purposes?

Yes, we provide tollfree numbers for your business in the 17 countries of the European Union, these numbers can be forwarded to any phone number in the world (please contact our sales department sales@celinephone.com).
